How to submit an opt-out request

You may submit a verifiable request by emailing info@baiyouvip.com with the subject line “Opt-Out Request (Do Not Sell or Share)” and including:

• Your full name and state of residence;
• The email address you used when contacting us or submitting a form (if any);
• A brief description of the request (for example, opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information).

We will respond in accordance with applicable law. We may need additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Authorized agents

If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly in some circumstances.
